For the entire continuum of e-learning, I think we need a strict review policy to ensure quality. Technologies are changing at an alarming rate. We need to keep up year-to-year. We also need courses to be reviewed (peer-reviewed) by someone other than the facoiitator/creatlr to ensure accountability and excellence.
